Admission for the public is free. Check in for registered teams starts at 5:00pm and the Games start at 6:00pm.

The teams of lifeguards will compete in:

  • Cardiac Relay
  • Timed Shallow Water Spinal Rescue
  • Rapid Rescue Tube Relay
  • Tipsy Tube Relay
  • And … The Gauntlet
